Does Party & Tent Rentals deliver and set up?
Absolutely! We will deliver and set up each item you
rent and insure that it is clean and in good working
condition well before your event starts and come back to
take it down after the event is over.

What kind of power is required?
For the inflatables, fans, and tent lighting, a
standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord and
we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are
utilizing. For placement of inflatables, there should be no
more than 100’ from the outlet. If an adequate supply of
power is not available, we also rent generators!

What are my responsibilities?
Safety is most important and with inflatables, an
adult age 18 or older must supervise the inflatable(s) at
all times it is in use. You will be given verbal and written
instructions at time of set-up.

- Is
there a deposit required to rent and what type of payment do
you receive?
Depending on the scope of your event, we usually do
not collect a down payment. We typically set up, make sure
you are happy with your event set-up and collect at that
time. We accept cash, check, money order or credit card
(Master Card, Discover & Visa).

What about Inclement weather?
Party & Tent Rentals reserve the right to cancel a
reservation due to heavy rains or high winds over 20 mph.
You will not be charged. We will contact you prior to set up
if inclement weather is forecasted.

- How do I
make a reservation or request a quote for a tent,
tables, chairs or inflatables?
To
make a reservation or request a quote, you have 3
options:
